The price of the apartment does not include a cleaning charge of €50 ( Euro ) which will be paid locally to the Key Holder on arrival.
All rentals require a refundable security deposit of £100 which is returned after inspection.
**please note to keep our rental prices down we have installed a coin meter for the electricity. We credit the meter with 7 Euro per week on your arrival and if you should need any more you can easily top up using 1 or 2 Euro coins.
we can arrange hiring of a baby cot with bedding for 15 Euro a week which is payable locally if required.
